Renewal Options
Online (preferred and quickest option)
VicRoads will accept an online renewal.
Important: You need to have received the actual renewal form in the mail from VicRoads. You can't renew without it.
- You need to have a MyVicRoads account
- Send us a clear picture of the renewal form to contact@mhclub.com.au . Don't send an endorsement form to us. We already have them.
- Pay your club membership to our bank account (see above)
- We will send you an endorsement form
- Using your MyVicRoads account your renew by uploading the endorsement form, AND the renewal form you received in the mail which has been signed by YOU.
- Once you have paid and completed the process with VicRoads they will verify the documents and then send you a receipt by email (usually in a couple of days). Keep this with your log book - it's your proof of payment.
Important!
VicRoads will only accept endorsement forms submitted using your MyVicRoads account. Don't send an email to Vic Roads.
As stated above, you will also need to sign the renewal form you received in the mail and upload that along with the endorsement form.
By Mail
You can renew by post which takes a little longer
- Send your complete form to PO Box 65A, Leopold, 3224
- Don't include the logbook
- Pay your club membership by Direct Deposit to our bank account (See above)
- We will sign the form and return it to you
- Renew at a VicRoads office
In Person
We try to have an in-person signing session once a month, usually at Cafe Palat (Apparel Close in Breakwater).
Our next in person signing will be announced soon for March.
You can bring the form and your membership fee of $50 in cash, and we will sign on the spot.
